Welcome to the website of Nitin Gupta. I'm a computer scientist by profession and photographer by passion. I am currently a Research Scientist at Google Inc. Previously, I graduated from Cornell University with a Ph.D., and from IIT Bombay with a bachelors degree in computer science. I am usually found in walls of the campus coding by the day, and found in random locations photographing by the night.

I primarily use the Nikon D3 and/or D300 with the 18-200mm VR II lens. I do have the Nikon-Nikkor 50mm/1.4G, the Nikon-Nikkor 105mm macro-micro, the Sigma 10-20mm, and the Nikkon-Nikkor 70-300mm which I use as and when the situation demands them. My lighting kit includes three SB-900 flashes and the Strobelight large studio kit.
